Refund policy

All sales are final. Bridal gown samples have been lightly loved by brides who have tried them on in store but have never left the premises. Prices reflect the wear and tear on all gowns. Feel free to reach out to us directly with any questions regarding the level of wear on a specific sample. We can be easily reached at amanda@hydeparkbridal.com. Any cleaning and alterations are the responsibility of the buyer. Gowns can typically be altered down up to 3-4 sizes depending on the detail of the gown. Since all sales final, we highly recommend consulting a seamstress before purchase if you are significantly smaller than sample size. Following the purchase of a gift card, you will receive an email with directions and proof of purchase within 24 hours. Following the purchase of a sample gown, you will receive an email after shipment with tracking within 24 hours.
